About BDAC

About Us

Established in 2016, Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee. Independent from the government of Brunei Darussalam, BDAC aims to host Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, which include arbitration and mediation.

Embedding the vision for the future, BDAC aspires to grow its international presence and provide the highest quality ADR and training services to support Wawasan 2035 in establishing Brunei as an International Arbitration Centre.
