BDAC Hosts Panel Discussion on Choosing the Right ADR Path in Brunei Darussalam

The Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre (BDAC), in conjunction with Borneo ADR Week 2026, organised the panel discussion "Choosing the Right Path: Understanding ADR in Brunei Darussalam" at Hearing Room 1, BDAC. Chairperson of BDAC Radin Safiee bin Radin Mas Basiuni highlighted the importance of ADR in supporting effective dispute resolution and regional cooperation. Acting Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office (Security and Law) Zulhusam bin Haji Abdul Samad attended as guest of honour, while CEO Leong Hong Kit of L2 i-CON also attended the event. The discussion involved speakers from the judiciary, legal sector and construction industry, focusing on selecting the most suitable dispute resolution process at an early stage. The event increased public awareness and understanding of ADR processes while encouraging wider engagement across various sectors.
