Terms and Conditions

1. Confirmation of Placement

Placement will only be secured upon full payment. Confirmed participants will be notified via email.

2. Registration Fee

The fee includes programme materials and refreshments for physical training sessions.

3. Promotional or Early Registration Rate

Promotional rates apply only to eligible registrations. The standard rate applies after promotional places have been taken.

4. Payment

Payment may be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Invoice processing may take three working days.

5. Withdrawal

Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to info@bdac.com.bn . Fees are non-refundable when notice is received within 14 days before commencement.

6. No Deferment

Participation cannot be deferred. Absence will be treated as withdrawal.

7. Request for Replacement

A participant may request a replacement from the same organisation. Requests received within 10 days before commencement incur a BND 100.00 administrative fee.

8. Programme Changes and Cancellation

BDAC may cancel or change programme dates. Cancellation by BDAC will result in a refund or programme credit.

9. Intellectual Property

Programme content and materials remain the property of BDAC, Singapore Mediation Centre, or applicable third-party owners.

10. Privacy

Personal information will be used for registration, programme administration, and related communication.

11. Certification

Participants must complete all sessions for a completion certificate and pass the assessment for accreditation.

12. Mediator Accreditation

Participants who pass the assessment may refer to themselves as a BDAC-SMC Accredited Mediator. BDAC does not guarantee assignment of mediation cases.
